Questions about using Scoring64, problems, trials or licenses: email us, in English or Japanese.
For pricing or a license key, include your school or center name, your country, how many computers you plan to use and, if you have it, This computer's code. See How a license key is issued for where to find it. You never need to send answer sheets, grades or class lists.
For a problem, please include
- Your school or center name
- The app version (for example 1.2.0; shown in the ? menu)
- Your License ID, if you have a paid license (click the license display at the top right; it starts with
L-) - A screenshot of the screen that is causing trouble
On Windows, take a screenshot with Windows + Shift + S and paste it into your email. On a Mac, Command + Control + Shift + 4 lets you select an area and paste it the same way. Please make sure no student information is visible.
Contact us in the ? menu at the top right opens an email with these details already filled in.
Feedback form
Tell us what is hard to use, what is broken, or what you would like to see. No sign-in needed; the small button at the bottom right of the app opens it too. The form is in Japanese, but answers in English are welcome, and email works just as well.
